EliteStar Sport & Recovery is an in-person retail operation based in Toronto, Ontario, at 1051 Steeles Ave W, Toronto, ON M2R 2S9. Reach our showroom by phone at 343-668-9507. All transactions are completed at the showroom counter at the time of purchase. We do not accept online orders, deposits, layaway, financing, or future delivery arrangements.

Taxes
All prices listed on this site and in the showroom are in Canadian dollars and are exclusive of tax. Ontario Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) at 13% is added at the point of sale, as required by law.
Same-Day Purchase & Pickup
Every product sold by EliteStar is stocked on-site and released to the customer immediately upon completion of payment. Ownership transfers at the counter; the customer is responsible for transport from the showroom. We do not ship, deliver, or hold inventory beyond the day of purchase.
Receipts
A printed or emailed receipt is issued for every transaction and must be retained for any warranty or return claim under our Terms of Service.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the counter at the time of sale is the binding price. Package contents may vary based on current in-stock inventory and will be confirmed on the sales floor before payment.
Refunds
See our Terms of Service for the full refund and exchange policy. All sales are considered final at the moment of pickup unless the product is defective and reported within the timelines described there.
